Total et Kosmos Energy titubent devant le Cese

A la demande du chef de l’Etat, la commission ad-hoc du Conseil économique, social et environnemental a entendu les sociétés Total et Kosmos Energy, principales bénéficiaires de permis d’exploitation du pétrole et du gaz sénégalais.

Bombardés de questions par les membres du Conseil économique, social et environnemental (Cese) sur la gestion du pétrole et du gaz sénégalais, les représentants de Total et Kosmos Energy n’ont pas été du tout convaincants. Du moins, c’est ce que révèlent les sources du journal L’As, lu par Actunet, qui affirment que les réponses données sur l’acquisition des contrats et les impacts sociaux et environnementaux ont été particulièrement floues.
