Cependant, l’ONDTS dit déplorer le recul du tourisme dans l’ordre protocolaire et le manque de contenus du ministère du tourisme qui aurait du être associé à la fois, à la culture et aux transports aériens. « La place du tourisme, deuxième pilier de notre économie, se trouve aux cinq premiers rangs par ordre prioritaire et protocolaire. Un grand ministère qui devrait inclure le tourisme, la culture et les transports aériens pour prendre en charge les défis du secteur du tourisme » conclut leur note.
