Une affaire de dépouilles confondues occupe les débats dans la capitale du Sud. Une famille chérifienne de Bignona a inhumé un des siens après avoir récupéré le corps à l’hôpital régional de Ziguinchor.
Le lendemain, l’on découvre que la personne enterrée est un chrétien. Informée de la confusion, la famille de cette dernière, une fois à la morgue, réclame la restitution du “bon” corps.
Ce qui sera bientôt fait, d’après le directeur de l’hôpital de Ziguinchor, Marcel Coly Bop. «Le corps a été exhumé et sera remis aux proches. Cela est possible grâce à l’appui des autorités», souligne-t-il, avant d’ajouter que «les deux familles sont invitées à venir récupérer» leurs corps de leurs parents.
Marcel Bop ajoutera que, pour éviter que pareilles situations se reproduisent, il a appelé ses services à plus de vigilance.
