Le quartier Pallène de la commune de Mbacké a vu ce samedi, un mariage se tranformer en un deuil. Suite à un accident provoqué par le frère du marié qui, avec son véhicule, a renversé un jeune homme de 25 ans.
Un mécanicien du nom de Cheikh Seck célébrait ses noces. Un moment choisi de coutume par sa corporation, c’est-à-dire ses amis chauffeurs et autres jakartamen pour faire des acrobaties et autres rodéos en pleine ville afin de montrer leur joie.
C’est suite à ces manoeuvres que le frère du marié a perdu le contrôle de son véhicule, qui alla percuter un jeune mécanicien du nom de Cheikhouna Diakhaté. Évacué à l’hôpital Matlaboul Fawzani par les sapeurs-pompiers, il rendra l’âme, quelques heures après.
Mis au parfum, les limiers ont fait une descente sur les lieux, mais à leur grande surprise, aucune trace du véhicule n’est aperçue sur les lieux. Mais avec la pugnacité du commissaire Diedhiou, ils ont découvert la voiture, cachée dans une maison, sans aucun papier en règle.
Finalement Cheikh Seck, le tout nouveau marié et son jeune frère qui conduisait la voiture, ont été arrêtés par la police. Le procureur a pris le dossier en main.
