Il s’agit selon lui, d’une pratique qui perdure depuis des années, mais qui reste à la mode du fait qu’elle reste très lucrative pour ces gens malhonnêtes, qui abusent de sa clémence.
Serigne Maodo Sy invite les sénégalais, les associations, les dahiras et particulièrement les autorités à beaucoup plus de vigilance et de contrôle face à pareil cas.
