1. N’UTILISEZ PAS N’IMPORTE QUELLE HUILE
Vérifiez avant tout qu’elle soit compatible avec une utilisation cutanée et respiratoire. Vous avez le choix ! Camomille, eucalyptus radié, lavande aspic ou vraie, orange douce, pin sylvestre, romarin, thym à linalol, ylang-ylang… Faites des mélanges si vous le souhaitez, et ne dépassez pas 10 gouttes pour une petite baignoire et 20 pour un grand bain !
2. NE VERSEZ PAS DIRECTEMENT LES HUILES ESSENTIELLES DANS L’EAU DU BAIN
Elles ne sont pas hydrosolubles et restent donc en surface où elles vont faire des bulles, ce qui peut irriter, voire brûler, la peau une fois immergée. Il faut les mélanger à une base neutre pour bain (en pharmacie) ou du lait ou de la crème (au rayon alimentaire), mais la dispersion n’est pas aussi parfaite… Évitez l’huile qui vous donnera du souci ensuite pour nettoyer la baignoire… et brassez soigneusement l’eau pour qu’elles se diffusent de façon homogène.
3. NE VOUS RINCEZ PAS EN SORTANT
Séchez-vous délicatement en tamponnant avec une serviette.
