Depuis ce matin, certains ont fait savoir que tous les supports parlés et écrits du groupe DMedia ont arrêté de fonctionner. La raison : des gendarmes ont pris d’assaut les locaux du groupe pour saisir le matériel.
Tout le matériel. Une information qui a fini de faire le tour du monde. Mais, il est important de rétablir la vérité. Ce qui s’est passé, c’est tout simple. Il s’agit d’une affaire concernant une personne et le journal du groupe et qui remonte à quelques années.
Suite à un article, il a porté plainte et a eu gain de cause. Alors, ce matin, des gendarmes (un camion rempli) sont venus accompagnés de commissaires – priseurs qui ont juste emporté (une saisie légale) le matériel du journal.
Uniquement le matériel du journal et non les équipements de la radio ou de la télé. Surtout que dans la dénomination juridique, DMedia SARL est une entité qui regroupe uniquement les supports écrits. C’est ce qu’il faut savoir et retenir.
