  1. I'm Loving all your layouts. I'm so sorry about your hubby being gone. I can't imagine how sad and hard that is going to be. I hope your year goes by QUICKLY! And when you least expect it he's back home. God bless. Also, Good luck on the homeschooling! You are a smart lady, you can do it! :o) And thank you for the giveaway as well! I added your blinkie!natislittlescrapblog.blogspot.com

  2. I dunno, I think the same could be said of anything. The Nigel Latta comments which you and others strongly objected to could also be said to be taken out of context and cherry-picked. He didn’t have a press-conference relating to mental illness.I guess I find it a little strange that your opinions are so strong on what you personally find offensive, but if someone finds something offensive and you don’t, you are completely dismissive.

  3. You can play games on them without the screen being burned into. Most are 1080p. plasmas 720pThey(lcds) last longer. You can’t play games on plasmas.Power consumption is high on plasmas compared to lcdsSome plasmas have buzzing sounds when alot of gray or white pixels are displayed.Their color fades over time with the gas elements getting burned out.

  4. Nice to have you back blog…So much stuff, so little time.T.O. vs Key: T.O. in a landslideRanger starters: Yawn; who caresMavericks: this is starting to look like a team lightyears away from the Finals team 2 years agoDrunk Islanders fan: a mix between old howie mandel and old AC Slater

  5. Wonderful sentiment. Your post inspired me to be a bit kinder to myself and work through a tough work-related problem I have been grappling with for the past few weeks. In the end, I decided to just be myself and work from the place I am at, there is no need to change myself just to satisfy others, especially people I am not even sure would appreciate the contortions I would need to make just to please them…Thanks for sharing your thoughts, and good luck with all you have going on also! Liz

  6. Thank you for your comment, John. Blog4Culture is all about sharing news and promoting dialogue, so let’s dialogue about this! Please consider the difference between plagiarism and thoughtful and thought-provoking appropriation. I think Susan’s playful adaptation of Crumb’s iconic and oft borrowed imagery, re-visions and re-contextualizes it – creating a new work apt for the particular Long Walk experience she and Stokley will be leading in July. Their band of trail walkers will indeed have to, to borrow/apply from Crumb “keep on walking”!
