En écho, le directeur Afrique-Moyen-orient du groupe Sonatel, Fabrice André estime que l’ambition de la Sonatel est de réinventer la relation client et anticiper sur les attentes de manière ciblée ».
Le représentant du ministère des Télécommunications et des postes, El Hadji Sidy Niang est d’avis que Smart store Orange Cheikh Anta Diop est « une réponse à la demande de la clientèle » en vue de s’approprier les avantages du digital. « Les temps change et la Sonatel notre entreprise de référence change avec le temps pour créer une incidence positive du numérique », souligne-t-il.
