Un informaticien de 44 ans qualifié d’«acteur principal» d’un réseau de faux billets, découvert après la saisie de 892.000 euros de fausses coupures, a été condamné ce jeudi à 8 ans de prison par le tribunal correctionnel de Marseille (Bouches-du-Rhône).
Déjà écroué pour des condamnations précédentes, le tribunal a ordonné le maintien en détention de l’informaticien.
Le cas de son complice présumé, Hakim Mlili, qui n’a pas pu comparaître en raison de son hospitalisation, a été disjoint. Ce chauffeur livreur marseillais de 47 ans, déjà condamné dans des affaires de stupéfiants, sera jugé le 2 février 2018.
Deux autres complices corses ont été condamnés à 5 ans de prison avec mandat d’arrêt. Guy Perfetti, 50 ans, gérant de bar et Jules-André Albertini, 35 ans, neveu d’Ange-Toussaint Federici, figure du grand banditisme corse, étaient en contact régulier avec les faux monnayeurs, à Marseille et en Corse, sans que leur rôle ait été bien défini. Un autre prévenu, absent au procès, a été condamné à cinq ans de prison.
