La plaignante Ndèye Coumba Camara explique que c’est à son retour de voyage en France qu’elle a constaté des mouvements opérationnels dans le compte de son entreprise. Les chèques utilisés pour ces opérations portent sa signature. Pourtant, il n’y a que ses nièces et ses collègues qui connaissent l’existence de ces chèques. Après des enquêtes, la banque révèle qu’un certain Amadou Samb veut faire un retrait sur son compte. Alpagué, Mohamed Camara a reconnu sans ambages le vol des chèques. Le délibéré est fixé le 16 octobre prochain.
