Après le délibéré du procès de la caisse d’avance et les commentaires acerbes de Barthélemy Dias, très en colère contre la justice, le procureur a saisi la Section de recherche de la Gendarmerie nationale qui a procédé à son arrestation. Dans le chef d’accusations qui vaut au maire de Mermoz d’être gardé à vue depuis vendredi et d’être déféré au parquet ce mardi, est mentionné : «Offense au chef de l’État, outrage à magistrat et appel à l’insurrection».
Le procureur a ainsi lourdement chargé Barthélemy Dias qui a fait une sortie musclée contre la justice et Macky Sall. Ce proche de Khalifa Sall qui sera déféré au parquet ce mardi, est depuis vendredi en garde à vue et risque de rejoindre le maire de Dakar en prison. Le maire de Mermoz Sacré-Cœur a été arrêté depuis vendredi par les éléments du lieutenant colonel Issa Diack de la Section de recherche de la Gendarmerie. Il est depuis lors entre leurs mains à Colobane. Pour rappel, Barthélemy Dias qui a reçu samedi la visite de Me El Hadji Diouf, a piqué une colère noire après la publication du délibéré qui condamne Khalifa Sall à 5 ans de prison ferme. Le maire de Mermoz Sacré-Cœur a déversé sa bile sur le Président de la République Macky Sall, sur la justice et les magistrats, en usant de propos qualifiés par le parquet «d’offensant au chef de l’État, d’outrage à magistrat et d’appel à l’insurrection». Le fils de Jean Paul Dias qui ne semble visiblement pas craindre d’être emprisonné a été cueilli lors d’une émission du journal en ligne Dakar actu. Avant de se rendre vendredi à l’émission, Dias fils s’est déplacé à Grand Yoff où il a rendu visite à la mère de Khalifa Sall. Très en colère, il a tiré à boulets rouges sur les magistrats avant d’en faire plus, lors de l’émission, contre la justice et le président. Toujours contre le verdict du procès de Khalifa Sall, Barth a laissé entendre : «ce cirque ne passera pas. Tous ceux qui y sont impliqués, au moment venu, seront invités à avoir le courage parce qu’ils feront face à l’histoire». Furax, le maire de Mermoz poursuit : «ce pays va changer et il changera par tous les moyens», prévient-il. Il ajoute : «Tout le monde sait que ce que nous avons entendu, aujourd’hui (vendredi), n’est pas du droit. Et personne ne pourra démontrer le contraire. Le seul objectif que le pouvoir s’est fixé c’est de pouvoir obliger Khalifa Sall à la négociation. Je voudrais dire à Macky Sall qu’on ne négociera pas, ni aujourd’hui ni demain», at-il assuré en réaction à la condamnation de son mentor
