Confession du faux douanier sur son passé, son mariage, le Lieutenant “complice”…

Le faux agent de la douanier, Amdy Mbengue, sera face au Juge demain vendredi 2 février 2018. Devant les enquêteurs, il a dit pas mal de détail sur sa vie de voyou. En effet, il a indiqué avoir fait l’Armée, plus précisément dans le bataillon des Commandos. Et c’est après sa durée légale qu’il a commencé à fréquenter les casernes militaires.

Dans ces circonstances, il a fait la connaissance du Lieutenant des Douanes, Ibrahima Ndiaye. Après le “décès” de ce dernier -l’agent en question est toujours vivant-, il a récupéré ses outils de travail.

Son épouse a été surprise en apprenant la nouvelle des agissements de son mari. Chaque matin, elle pensait voir un vrai Douanier aller au travail. L’usurpateur l’avait sauvé d’une agression, à hauteur de la société Emg.

Selon Alpha Touré, chef du bureau personnel de la Douane, la carte professionnelle du sieur Mbengue est fausse. Car le numéro 42584 correspond à celui de commission d’un nommé Ibrahima Ndiaye, contrôleur de la Douane, radié des cadres de douanes pour faux et usage de faux.

Quant à son tailleur, il reconnaît avoir confectionné une casquette de douane pour le prévenu Amdy Mbengue. Et que s’il a accepté de le faire, c’est parce que ce dernier s’est présenté à lui en uniforme.

Le 21 avril 2004, Mbengue a été déféré au parquet par le commissaire des Parcelles assainies, pour usurpation de fonction.
