Ce mardi, au cours du procès de Khalifa Sall, Me François Sarr, un des avocats de la défense, a émis l’idée de visionner une vidéo, où Mbaye Ndiaye parlait de l’affaire de la caisse d’avance. La requête a été acceptée par le juge Malick Lamotte, malgré la réticence de l’Agent judiciaire de l’Etat (Aje).
Sur cette vidéo de nos confrères de AZactu, le ministre d’Etat disait : “Le problème de Khalifa Sall pourrait être réglé s’il avait accepté d’être avec nous (avec le pouvoir). Il a refusé de se ranger. Tous les maires de Dakar étaient dans le même parti que le président de la République. La caisse d’avance existe.”
