Me El Hadj Diouf s’est montré extrêmement hostile au parrainage. Réagissant sur la question ce mercredi, il s’est insurgé contre le projet de loi. Et pour lui, c’est ministre de la Justice qui en est le principal instigateur. “Ismaila Madior Fall est un manipulateur. C’est l’homme le plus dangereux de la République actuellement. Les Sénégalais doivent exiger sa démission. C’est lui qui crée toutes les lois rétrogrades réactionnaires de la République. Y compris le fait de faire passer le nombre de députés de 10 à 15 pour avoir un groupe parlementaire. Tout ce qu’il entreprend c’est pour tuer la démocratie. Et nous avons le devoir d’arrêter cet homme-là, il est dangereux et il est encore derrière ce projet de loi pour modifier cette constitution qui vient d’être adoptée il n’y a même pas deux ans. C’est ridicule. Ça ne passera pas. C’est un forcing prémédité”, crache le leader du Parti des Travailleurs et du Peuple (Ptp).
Pour lui, le peuple se doit de manifester son mécontentement en “rejetant purement et simplement ce projet diabolique, non pas pour faire des émeutes, mais le peuple doit se comporter comme le 23 juin, devant l’Assemblée nationale”. Le pouvoir, quant à lui, doit, dit-il, avoir “le courage de laisser les Sénégalais exprimer leur dégoût”. “Ce pouvoir impopulaire de Macky Sall doit laisser le peuple s’exprimer. Mais il a peur de tout. Il a peur des manifestations publiques. Le pouvoir que je connais, faible, impopulaire, seul, isolé, va s’opposer à toute manifestation et va imposer la dictature. Mais la dictature ne passera pas dans ce pays”, martèle l’ancien député.
