Après plusieurs mois passés à Versailles (Paris), Me Abdoulaye Wade, Secrétaire général du Parti démocratique sénégalais (Pds) s’apprête à rentrer à Dakar. Et, ce n’est pas pour aller se reposer dans sa résidence de Fann. Mais, plutôt entrer dans le bain de l’ébullition politique surtout que nous sommes à un an de la présidentielle. Suite aux nombreux départs constatés et nous acheminant vers la présidentielle, Me Wade veut redonner du souffle au Pds.
C’est dire qu’il compte mettre en place une task-force communicationnelle pour aborder toutes les questions liées à la prochaine présidentielle prévue le 24 février 2019. Ce qui signifie que des réaménagements sont prévus et des responsables seront promus pour mieux répondre aux aspirations et autres attentes du pape du Sopi. Dans cette logique, la base sera réorganisée pour mieux la dynamiser, sans oublier qu’une tournée est prévue dans plusieurs fédérations pour parler de l’épineuse question liée au candidat du Pds qui n’est autre que Karim Wade.
