Après la décision prise par le Bureau politique du Parti socialiste d’exclure Khalifa Sall, Barthélémy Dias, Aïssata Tall Sall, Bamba Fall et plusieurs responsables socialistes, le secrétaire général du PS, Ousmane Tanor Dieng, a reçu en audience une délégation de l’Union régionale PS de Kaffrine. Et c’est pour assurer qu’il ne regrette pas un seul instant la décision qui a été prise contre ses désormais anciens compagnons.
Parlant des exclus, il dira : “ces camarades se sont comportés comme de vrais opposants à notre parti. D’abord, pour certains en ne participant pas aux réunions. Pour d’autres, ils ont passé leur temps à dénigrer le parti, à s’opposer à toutes les décisions qui ont été prises dans un cadre démocratique”.
“Quand on doit prendre des décisions importantes, la main ne doit pas trembler. Il ne faut pas qu’on se trompe de personne. Je ne suis pas le genre qu’on intimide, qu’on impressionne.C’est pas mon genre. Je fais ce que j’ai à faire avec quelquefois des erreurs, des fautes parfois, mais j’ai foi en ce que je fais et je suis convaincu que je le fais dans l’intérêt du Parti socialiste”, assure-t-il.
