Les éléments de la Police des Parcelles Assainies ont frappé fort tôt hier matin, en procédant à l’interpellation du rappeur Ngaka Blindé. De son vrai nom Baba Ndiaye, il a été arrêté en possession de 5 millions 530 milles francs CFA de faux Billets de Banque. Ce dernier et trois autres de ses camarades à savoir Talla Gueye 26 ans, Cheikh Sarr 27 ans et Awa Ndiaye 17 ans, ont été interpelés par les hommes du commissaire Aliou Bâ des Parcelles Assainies alors qu’ils étaient à bord d’un véhicule lors d’un contrôle de routine. Cuisinés par les enquêteurs, ils lâcheront le nom de Khadim Thiam, étudiant en Master 1 à la FASEG, présumé cerveau de la bande. Après perquisition au domicile de ce dernier à Guédiawaye, les hommes en tenue ont mis la main sur un montant de 650.000 francs en faux billets. Sur place, ils ont aussi trouvé du matériel de fabrique de billets composés d’imprimante, d’ordinateur et autres accessoires. Au total, c’est six millions qui ont été saisi. Lui et ses autres compagnons de fortune ont été placés en garde à vue dans les locaux du commissariat des Parcelles Assainies. Une enquête a été ouverte pour déterminer l’ampleur du trafic et procédé au démantèlement du réseau de faussaire au besoin. Une enquête qui avance a grand pas puisqu’une cinquième personne a été arrêtée en début d’après midi.
