Alain Samba, actuellement en garde à vue et accusé d’homicide par négligence criminelle, affirme, pour sa défense, que son arme s’est déclenchée accidentellement. PIX11 News qui a donné l’information, révèle que l’agent de correction a dit qu’il nettoyait l’arme et qu’il a accidentellement tiré sur Marie Faye.
