Infirmière de son état, cette jeune sénégalaise de 35 ans a été tuée dans la nuit du mercredi au jeudi dernier, vers les coups de 22 h 30 d’un seul coup de feu qui a réveillé les résidents qui vivent dans l’immeuble situé sur l’avenue Ogden.
Alertée, la police qui a envahi les lieux a trouvé le corps sans vie de Marie Faye avant de remarquer la présence de Alain Samba, un agent de correction âgée de 42 ans, avec une arme à feu.
Alain Samba, actuellement en garde à vue et accusé d’homicide par négligence criminelle, affirme, pour sa défense, que son arme s’est déclenchée accidentellement. PIX11 News qui a donné l’information, révèle que l’agent de correction a dit qu’il nettoyait l’arme et qu’il a accidentellement tiré sur Marie Faye.
