Ce jeudi 19 octobre 2017, à 10h précises, a expiré l’ultimatum fixé par le gouvernement espagnol aux autorités catalanes. La veille, le gouvernement espagnol a explicitement brandi la menace d’une suspension de l’autonomie de la Catalogne si ses dirigeants séparatistes ne renoncent pas à déclarer l’indépendance. L’Espagne, qui connaît sa plus grave crise politique depuis la fin du franquisme, envisage encore tous les scénarios possibles. Cela va d’une dissolution du Parlement catalan par Carles Puigdemont à l’application de l’article 155 par le gouvernement de Mariano Rajoy.
