Selon Dakar Times, qui donne l’information, il est arrivé dans la capitale sénégalaise à bord d’un avion spécial de 15 places. Le journal indique que la magistrat qatari devrait rencontrer le président Macky Sall pour parler de l’affaire Karim Wade.
Le procureur général du Qatar avait joué un rôle central lors du départ en exil de Karim Wade, après sa libération à la faveur d’une grâce présidentielle. Il était venu lui-même le chercher à Dakar à bord d’un avion privé.
