«Biens mal acquis» : le vice-président équato-guinéen reconnu coupable à Paris

L’actuel vice-président de Guinée équatoriale, Teodorin Obiang, qui n’est autre que le fils du président guinéen en exercice, a été condamné par contumace, en première instance, à trois ans de prison avec sursis et 30 millions d’euros d’amende avec sursis, ce vendredi 27 octobre 2017 à Paris. Les biens saisis sont confisqués. La justice l’a reconnu coupable dans l’affaire des «biens mal acquis». C’est inédit.
