Deux ressortissants nigérians ont été arrêtés à l’aéroport Mohammed V à Casablanca avec en possession d’une quantité de cocaïne estimée à 2,695 kg dissimulaient dans leurs estomacs sous forme de 142 capsules.
Les deux mis en cause qui voyageaient à bord d’un vol en provenance de Sao Paulo ont été appréhendés mardi 5 septembre pour trafic de drogue dans leurs estomacs, indique ce samedi un communiqué de la Direction générale de la Sûreté Nationale.
Les prévenus ont été placés sous surveillance médicale en vue d’extraire de leurs estomacs les capsules de drogue à l’hôpital universitaire Ibn Rochd de Casablanca, poursuit la DGSN, relevant que les mis en cause ont été placés en garde à vue pour les besoins de l’enquête menée sous la supervision du parquet compétent.
Cette opération s’inscrit dans le cadre des efforts menés par les services sécuritaires dans la lutte contre le trafic de drogue et de psychotropes.
