Des anciens rebelles démobilisés ont réclamé lundi de l’argent à l’Etat à Man, dans l’ouest de la Côte d’Ivoire.
“Au moins 200 ex-rebelles démobilisés se sont rendus à la préfecture de Man“, selon leur porte-parole Julien Kessé.
Ils réclamaient, dit-il, “une prime de guerre de 18 millions de francs CFA” par personne.
“Personne ne nous considère, nous sommes négligés. Ceux qui ont combattu comme nous et qui ont été recrutés dans l’armée ont eu 12 millions récemment“, a expliqué M. Kessé.
“Même si le gouvernement n’a pas les 18 millions que nous réclamons, il peut nous faire des propositions. Nous souffrons trop“, a déclaré Chérif Lacina, un autre ex-rebelle qui a pris part au mouvement.
