Trois chefs d’Etat sont annoncés ce samedi à la conférence régionale sur la situation sécuritaire dans le Sahel et en Afrique de l’Ouest. Outre l’hôte du sommet, le président malien Ibrahim Boubacar Keïta, les chefs d’Etat guinéen et togolais sont présents. La situation au Togo serait probablement un autre sujet de discussion entre le président malien et ses pairs.
