On aurait appris qu’après la démission de Robert Mugabe de la présidence du Zimbabwe, Grace Mugabe,mariée avec ce dernier depuis plus de 21 ans aurait demandé le divorce ce mercredi 29 novembre 2017 à Harare, la capitale zimbabwéenne. Selon la presse zimbabwéenne, une source proche de la famille de Grace aurait affirmé qu’ «elle a été très perturbée après que son mari ai abandonné le pouvoir à son vice-président expulsé ».
Il est bon de rappeler qu’avant de devenir la première dame du Zimbabwé en 1996, Grace était avant tout l’ancienne secrétaire de Robert Mugabe, Grace Murufu d’origine sud-africaine devient première dame du Zimbabwe en 1996. Connue pour son goût de luxe, cette dame de 52 ans n’entend pas subir d’avantage l’oppression de la perte du pouvoir de son mari âgé de 93 ans.
Un certain Lawrence Brown a indiqué que les procédures de divorce étaient en cours. Et que « Si les deux parties étaient d’accord, elles pourraient se séparer en un mois environ ». Grace Mugabe, en introduisant une procédure de séparartion compte se munir de circonstances humiliantes pouvant l’affecter du fait de son affinité marital avec l’ex président.
Il se dit par ailleurs que cette affaire serait un « fake news » (une fausse rumeur). Il parait que le porte parole de l’ex président aurait contesté ces médisances.
C’est apparemment une histoire ambiguë parce que nous ne savons pas qui croire.
