Le Gouvernement du Sénégal s’est débarrassé de la patate chaude. L’activiste franco-béninois interpellé le mercredi 6 septembre par la Police des étrangers est expulsé vers la France. L’arrêté a été pris par le ministère de l’Intérieur qui à travers un communiqué de presse, a expliqué que la présence de l’activiste franco-béninois constitue une menace grave à l’ordre public.
“Kémi Séba a été embarqué à bord du vol régulier Corsair Ss 979 destination Orly. Il est en route pour la France”, a confirmé.
Visiblement, le ton que l’activiste a donné à son combat contre le Franc Cfa a embarrassé l’Etat du Sénégal. Macky Sall était dans une situation inconfortable, en accueillant l’homme qui traite de tous les noms d’oiseaux le Président français ou celui de la Côte-d’Ivoire. Sa présence en terre sénégalaise aurait pu avoir des répercussions diplomatiques. Et le choix s’est porté sur son rapatriement vers la France dont-il détient la nationalité.
L’opposant gambien, Sidya Bayo, a vécu la même situation. C’est sous Abdoulaye Wade qu’il a été expulsé du pays, parce que tenant des propos désobligeants sur l’ex Président gambien actuellement en exile, Yayah Jammeh. En 2015 aussi, il a tenté de fouler le sol sénégalais, mais c’est un niet catégorique qu’il a trouvé sur place.
