Seulement deux juges étant présents, «nous ne pouvons pas former un quorum (…) et l’affaire ne peut pas être entendue ce matin», a déclaré le juge Maraga, dont la décision d’annuler la réélection du Président Uhuru Kenyatta en août avait mené à l’organisation du scrutin de ce jeudi 26 octobre.
