Mali: le CICR dénonce une dégradation de la sécurité de son personnel

Le Comité international de la Croix-Rouge (CICR) a annoncé, dans un communiqué publié mercredi, la suspension d’une partie de ses activités dans la région de Kidal, dans le nord du Mali. Une suspension qui affectera des activités telles que la distribution de nourriture, de matériel et qui risque de retarder plusieurs projets en matière d’accès à l’eau et d’assainissement. En cause : des conditions de sécurité de plus en plus incertaines. Le CICR continuera tout de même à assurer ses activités de chirurgie d’urgence à l’hôpital de Kidal.

  13. I want to start a blog where I can talk to people and have them respond to my blogs. Not myspace or facebook. I tried blogger but the only blogs I could find were about global warming and guns.
