C’est une affaire de détournement de plus de 34 millions Fcfa que Mankeur Ndiaye a laissée derrière lui au ministère des Affaires Etrangères.
Le journal le Quotidien avait révélé cette affaire en septembre 2013. Période à laquelle la suspecte, A. Wone, avait été placée sous mandat de dépôt. C’est hier jeudi 14 septembre 2017 que l’affaire devait être jugée à la deuxième chambre correctionnelle, mais le procès a été reporté, a livré le journal Libération, lu par Actunet.net
Ledit journal révèle que “c’est à la suite d’une minutieuse instruction que le Juge du deuxième cabinet a renvoyé devant le Tribunal correctionnel de Dakar A. Wone, ex coordonnatrice du Bureau d’accueil et d’orientation social (Baos) du ministère des Affaires Etrangères. Cette dernière est mise en examen pour détournement de deniers publics, conformément au réquisitoire du Ministère public”.
Cette dernière est accusée par la chancellerie d’avoir fait main basse sur 34 millions 858 mille 893 Franc Cfa. Un argent destiné à venir en appui aux immigrés.
“Des accusations qu’A. Wone conteste mais que l’accusation a maintenues après instruction. D’ailleurs, l’affaire était programmée hier, pour jugement devant la deuxième chambre correctionnelle, avant d’être reportée”, a indiqué le canard.
Pour autant, l’agent judiciaire de l’Etat, qui est à l’origine de la plainte, s’est constitué partie civile dans cette affaire très délicate.
Le Baos est chargé de faciliter aux Sénégalais vivant à l’étranger une insertion harmonieuse dans leur communauté d’accueil et une réinsertion socio-économique réussie une fois de retour au Sénégal.
