Un salarié de l’enseigne Monoprix du Raincy, en Seine-Saint-Denis, s’est suicidé sur son lieu de travail jeudi 5 octobre au matin, selon une information du Bondy Blog, confirmée par France Bleu Paris. Selon ces deux médias, l’homme, employé du magasin depuis trente-quatre ans, se serait défenestré peu après avoir pris son service.
Une enquête a été ouverte, menée par le commissariat du Raincy, et une cellule psychologique mise en place, selon la directrice de la communication de Monoprix, citée par le Bondy Blog.
Mais rapidement après le drame, l’attitude de la direction de Monoprix a suscité la polémique : le magasin n’est resté fermé que trois heures, avant de rouvrir pour la journée. La direction du groupe a assuré à France Bleu que «la décision [avait] été prise en concertation avec les équipes», ajoutant que «plusieurs experts ont confirmé que la reprise du travail protège» les salariés dans de telles situations.
