Très bon enquêteur, plutôt bon collègue, c’est un flic expérimenté et apparemment sans histoires qui a dérapé. Un brigadier du service départemental de police judiciaire (SDPJ 92) qui, après 48 heures de garde à vue à l’Inspection générale de la police nationale (IGPN) devait être mis en examen ce mercredi pour vol. Pas n’importe quel vol. Ce policier de 40 ans est soupçonné d’avoir dérobé 6400 € saisis dans une affaire de braquages cet été.
Concrètement, l’argent était sous enveloppe, l’enveloppe dans un coffre de l’antenne PJ d’Issy-les-Moulineaux (France). Mais le 31 juillet, quelques jours après la saisie, les enquêteurs ont eu besoin d’accéder aux objets placés sous scellé… C’est là qu’ils ont découvert la disparition des 6400 €. Passé la stupéfaction, il a fallu se rendre à l’évidence : le voleur ne pouvait être qu’un des enquêteurs. La police des polices a tout de suite été saisie pour confondre le ripoux.
Il n’a rien lâché en garde à vue
Tous les policiers du service ont été interrogés, certains réinterrogés. Il y a eu des expertises génétiques… dont l’une révèle l’empreinte du suspect sur le coffre qu’il nie avoir ouvert. Lundi, l’IGPN a déboulé dans les locaux de la PJ pour une perquisition et pour embarquer l’enquêteur ciblé.
Rompu aux techniques d’interrogatoire, qu’il a l’habitude de mener pour faire parler braqueurs et autres voyous depuis dix ans à la PJ92, le policier n’aurait rien lâché au cours de sa garde à vue. Le parquet a demandé qu’il soit placé sous contrôle judiciaire avec interdiction d’exercer. Pour faire simple, à moins d’un miracle, le flic a détruit sa carrière pour 6400 €.
