Cent quinze prisonniers se sont évadés dimanche 3 septembre de la prison de Kabinda, dans la province isolée de Lomami. Jeune Afrique a contacté le directeur de l’établissement pour en savoir plus sur cette évasion dont l’ampleur ne manque pas de surprendre.
« Je suis arrivé dimanche dans l’après-midi pour leur apporter de la nourriture, témoigne Nyongoli Mutanade, le directeur de la maison carcérale de Kabinda. Il n’y avait alors aucun problème. Mais quelques instants après être parti pour la messe, j’ai été averti par un moto-taxi d’une évasion dans la prison ».
