Syrie: Poutine et Erdogan favorables à des zones de «désescalade»

Lors d’une conférence de presse commune à Sotchi, en Russie, le président Vladimir Poutine et son homologue turc Recep Tayyip Erdogan se sont déclarés favorables à la création de «zones de désescalade» destinées à «pacifier» la Syrie et renforcer le cessez-le-feu.
