INTERNATIONAL Tchad : Le directeur de publication de l’hebdomadaire “Le visionnaire” en prison
Le directeur de publication de l’hebdomadaire ‘Le visionnaire’, Juda Allahondoum, en garde à vue depuis 9 jours, a été entendu, ce lundi, par le procureur de la République avant d’être placé sous mandat de dépôt à la maison d’Arrêt de Ndjamena, inculpé d’usurpation de titre et de fonction.
Juda a été arrêté après la parution de son n°066 du 11 octobre dernier où il titrait à la Une : «Mathias et consorts rattrapés par le faux»
Cette manchette est illustrée par des photos de l’homme d’affaire tchadien, Mathias Tsarsi, du Premier ministre, la Première Dame, l’ancienne ministre de l’aviation, le fils du chef de l’Etat, Zakaria Idriss Déby et le ministre des Infrastructures.
Juda Allahomdoum expliquait, dans une analyse en faisant le rapprochement entre l’immatriculation d’un Airbus de la compagnie Air inter 1 de Mathias Tsarsi qui a fait des navettes dans des zones interdites en Syrie et la mise sur la liste noire du Tchad par le Président Donald Trump.
L’avocat du DP à ‘Le visionnaire’, Me Francis Lokouldé, a dit ne pas comprendre la qualification du dossier d’usurpation de titre et de fonction par le procureur de la République.
C’est une inculpation qui n’a rien à voir avec la loi 017 portant régime de la presse au Tchad, déclare l’avocat au sortir du bureau du procureur
L’avocat de Juda insiste qu’il n’y a aucune infraction de ce genre.
Beaucoup des journalistes tchadiens s’interrogent sur les réels motifs de cette arrestation et l’inculpation d’usurpation de titre et de fonction.
En effet, Juda Allahondoum a d’abord travaillé dans des radios communautaires à l’Est du Tchad. A la fin de son contrat, il a intégré la rédaction du quotidien ‘Le Progrès’ comme stagiaire avant de travailler pour l’hebdomadaire ‘L’Union’ où il finit par devenir directeur de publication. Il a créé, ensuite, son propre journal ‘Le visionnaire’. Il est aussi président du patronat de la presse tchadienne (PPT).
