L’animateur Mamadou Sy Tounkara a été reconnu coupable d’abus de confiance. Selon Enquête, il est condamné à payer une amende ferme de 200 mille FCFA.
Le candidat aux dernières législatives a été trainé en justice par un de ses amis d’enfance, Cheikh Dieng. Ce dernier lui réclame 21 ouvrages en Sociologie d’une valeur de 200 000 FCFA qu’il lui avait prêtés en 2005 pour son établissement.
A son départ, Tounkara ne lui restitue que la moitié de ses bouquins sous prétexte que le reste s’est détérioré en raison d’une fuite d’eau.
Le plaignant qui s’est désisté s’est rétracté à la barre. Il a expliqué son revirement par le comportement de l’animateur. L’animateur de la 2Stv qui a plaidé non coupable a expliqué que Dieng a foulé au pied 30 ans d’amitié pour nuire à sa réputation.
