De son vrai nom Cornell Haynes Jr, le rappeur a été mis en garde à vue samedi 7 octobre à Washington après qu’une plainte ait été déposée contre lui. Une jeune femme a appelé les forces de l’ordre aux alentours de 3h30 du matin et a déclaré avoir été agressé sexuellement par Nelly dans son bus de tournée. Selon la police, l’interprète de “Hot in Herr”, âgé de 42 ans, s’était produit lors d’un concert quelques heures avant l’appel rapporte le site CNN.
