Amadou Bâ a été primé le mardi 23 mai 2017, meilleur ministre des Finances de l’année pour l’Afrique», par le Magazine de référence «The Banker» à la 52e Assemblée annuelle de la BAD en Inde. Fiers de cette consécration qui «honore» le Sénégal, les membres du Club Sénégal Emergent (CSE) ont tenu à féliciter le ministre Amadou Bâ. Dans un Communiqué parvenu à «L’As», Youssou Diallo dit n’être pas surpris par cette distinction. Parce que Amadou Ba ne cesse d’accompagner la mise en oeuvre des politiques publiques, initiées par le Gouvernement et dont la vision est contenu dans le Pse. En plus, le Président Youssoupha Diallo et Cie soulignent que le ministre del’Economie et des Finances oeuvre toujours dans la mobilisation des énergies nécessaires à la conduite du processus d’émergence économique et de transformation structurelle du Sénégal, notamment, en contribuant à la consolidation et au développement d’une administration sénégalaise performante et efficiente, vertueuse et transparente, au service exclusif de l’intérêt général. Par la voix de son Président Youssoupha Diallo, «le Cse appelle ainsi tous les Sénégalais à imiter cet exemple, en faisant chaque jour plus et mieux pour porter notre économie nationale au firmament des économies africaines émergentes et à éradiquer définitivement la pauvreté de notre cher pays le Sénégal». Le Cse a également félicité le chef de l’Etat pour cette consécration obtenue par son ministre Amadou Ba avant de lui renouveler sa volonté de l’accompagner dans la réalisation de la 2ème phase des Programmes d’actions prioritaires (Pap).
