La raison, Aliou Sall devrait atterrir à la tête de la présidence du conseil d’administration d’Air Sénégal SA. Pour ce futur poste de PCA, ce sont les textes qui le recommandent. Si l’on sait que l’Etat via la Caisse de dépôt est l’actionnaire majoritaire du capital de 40 milliards d’Air Sénégal, le directeur général de la CDC devient par la force des textes, le PCA. C’est cette même logique qui fait des maires, PCA des hôpitaux publics installés dans leurs circonscriptions. En ajoutant le fauteuil de PCA d’Air Sénégal à celui déjà douillet de Dg de la CDC, Aliou Sall va essuyer davantage d’attaques de l’opposition.
