Des noms commencent a être cités parmi les “bénéficiaires de la Caisse d’avance de la Mairie de Dakar”. D’après un avocat du Conseil municipal, constitué partie civile dans ce procès, même si Khalifa Sall n’entend pas révéler les noms de tous les bénéficiaires, les conseils de la ville ont déjà déposé sur la table du président Malick Lamotte une liste de 10 personnes ayant bénéficié de cette caisse.
Parmi ces dignitaires, les interlocuteurs du journal l’As, consulté par Actunet, citent l’ancien ministre d’Etat et Directeur de cabinet du Président Wade, Habib Sy, Doudou Wade, Abdoulaye Ndao, le maire des Parcelles Assainies, Moussa Sy, le coordonnateur du projet santé à l’école Thierno Abass Ka, le chef du protocole du Maire de Dakar Benoit Sarr.
A ces nom s’ajoutent Abdoulaye Guèye, Léon Mendy, Béhoume Séga Diallo et Mélanie Mendy. Ce sont les 10 personnes citées par la partie civile, compte non tenu des noms déjà livrés par Khalifa Sall dont le Président Macky Sall et des dignitaires de l’ancien et de l’actuel régime.
