Pour être entérinée par le bureau politique, explique t-on, la décision doit émaner du comité central et non du secrétariat exécutif national comme c’est le cas avec Khaf et Cie. En d’autres termes, au Parti socialiste le comité central et le congrès sont les seuls organes délibérant du Parti.
