comme vous l’avez clamé Nouakchott», a dit celui qui est par ailleurs président du Conseil
départemental de Thiès.
Poursuivant, il dit que «le contexte de la signature de cet Accord, n’a pas été serein. En effet, la signature de cet important Accord bilatéral s’est faite dans la précipitation, dans l’urgence et dans l’émotion. Ce qui, souvent, ne garantit pas les meilleurs résultats dans des tractations de cette importance. Un Accord bilatéral de cette complexité exige une préparation et un processus de décision minutieux.»

Seck à Macky Sall qui a «refusé d’annuler le permis octroyé à Petro-Tim qui est entaché d’irrégularités établies.» Pire, défend-il : «Vous l’aviez reconduit précipitamment sur présentation de votre ministre Aly Ngouille Ndiaye de façon surprenante, improductive de recettes pour l’État et risquée. Risquée car porteuse de poursuites judiciaires futures autour des «droits» et «titres» octroyés qui ont pour substrat des actes susceptibles d’invalidation». Selon eux, «cela ne protège pas les intérêts des 15 millions de Sénégalais sauf ceux d’entre eux : vous-
même et votre frère».
