Il en est de même pour les autres manifestations, notamment la célébration du 4 avril et les visites de chefs d’État étrangers. La nature juridique des fonds politiques demande de la discrétion, c’est-à-dire de ne pas justifier les décaissements”, a clairement dit le Maire de Dakar.
