Chứng khoán là gì?
Chứng khoán là giấy tờ có giá xác nhận quyền và
lợi ích hợp pháp của người sở hữu, đối tới tài
sản hoặc phần vốn của tổ chức phát hành
và có thể mua bán trên thị trường. Thị trường này
gọi là thị trường chứng khoán, khi đó chứng khoán là
hàng hóa trên thị trường đó.

Trong đấy hai dạng chính là cổ phiếu cũng như trái
phiếu.

Quyền của người sở hữu cổ phiếu
Cổ phiếu là chứng từ xác nhận quyền sở hữu và lợi ích hợp pháp của người sở hữu
cổ phiếu đối với tài sản và vốn của công ty cổ phần. lúc sở hữu cổ phiếu, người đó trở thành cổ đông của công ty,
và có những quyền lợi sau:
– Nhận cổ tức: Cổ tức là một phần trong lợi nhuận kinh doanh của công ty mà mỗi một cổ đông được chia dựa theo
tỷ lệ góp vốn. Mức chi trả cũng như hình thức chi
trả cổ tức dựa vào kết quả hoạt động
sản xuất kinh doanh của công ty cũng như do Hội đồng
Quản trị hoặc Đại hội đồng cổ đông quyết định.

– Quyền mua thêm cổ phiếu mới: Trong quá trình hoạt động, công ty được phép phát hành thêm
cổ phiếu để nâng cao vốn. Để bảo vệ quyền lợi cho những
cổ đông Hiện nay lúc phát hành thêm cổ phiếu công ty thường dành quyền ưu tiên mua thêm
cổ phiếu mới cho những cổ đông này tương ứng tới tỷ lệ
góp vốn của họ với giá ưu đãi hơn so tới những cổ đông mới.

– Quyền bỏ phiếu: Cổ đông phổ thông có quyền bỏ phiếu cho những chức vụ
quản lý công ty, bỏ phiếu quyết định những nội dung
quan trọng của công ty.
– Quyền tiếp cận thông tin: Cổ đông có quyền được thông báo nhanh chóng mọi chuyển biến trong công
ty, đặc biệt một số tình hình có thể ảnh hưởng mạnh tới giá cổ phiếu, cũng như các báo cáo tài chính định kỳ cũng
như những loại thông báo cũng là các
vấn đề mà cổ đông có quyền tiếp cận.
