Considérant les scandales économiques et financiers qui jalonnent et rythment le quotidien de la gestion du régime du Président Macky Sall (l’affaire MITTAL, l’affaire PETRO-TIM, les licences télécoms, le marché du Centre International de Conférence de Diamniadio, l’affaire Bictogo, le marché du Building Administratif, le marché du TER, etc.);
Considérant la gestion nébuleuse et l’appropriation de ressources naturelles de notre pays par la famille, le clan et le cercle des amis et proches du Président Macky Sall ainsi que les lobbys étrangers ;
Considérant la mauvaise gestion des finances publiques, notamment par un endettement excessif et un déficit budgétaire hors norme, conduisant ainsi le Sénégal à un niveau d’extrême fragilité budgétaire ;
Considérant les violations récurrentes des libertés publiques, les graves atteintes à la démocratie et l’instrumentalisation systématique de la justice à des fins de règlement de comptes politiques ;
Considérant le reniement du Président Macky Sallqui est revenu sur son engagement devant la Nationet le monde entier de réduire son mandat de 7 à 5 ans;
Considérant le recul sans précédent de la diplomatie sénégalaise caractérisé par les échecs cuisants du Président Macky Sall qui a fait passer le Sénégal du rang de pays respecté et influent au rang de pays marginalisé, entretenant des relations tendues avec de nombreux pays, notamment avec nos voisins ;
Considérant l’échec de cette douxième législature par rapport à la prise en charge des préoccupations des populations ;
Constatant que les élections législatives du 30 juillet 2017 constituent une opportunité exceptionnelle pour le peuple Sénégalais de s’affranchirdémocratiquement du régime du Président Macky Sall, de restaurer l’équilibre entre les pouvoir exécutif, législatif et judiciaire et mettre un terme à toutes les formes de prédation ;
Reconnaissant la nécessité d’un dépassement historique pour présenter une liste unique de l’Opposition, obtenir une majorité parlementaire etmettre en œuvre un véritable programme de transformations politiques, économiques et sociales ;
Convaincus que la prochaine assemblée élue, dont la majorité serait issue de notre coalition, constituée exclusivement sur la base des intérêts de notre peuple, aura pour mission d’adopter les textes pertinents d’une réforme de la Constitution et de définir les orientations majeures d’un programme visant la prise en charge effective de l’intérêt des populations, des travailleurs, des paysans, des pêcheurs, des éleveurs, des enseignants, des étudiants, de la jeunesse, des femmes et des groupes vulnérables.
Nous nous engageons à prendre les mesures urgentes suivantes :
Déclarons, sur la base de cette analyse commune de la situation politique et des mesures de redressement national à prendre immédiatement, que les Partis et Coalitions Politiques, Mouvements Citoyens… signataires ont constitué une coalition pour le redressement du Sénégal dénommée Mankoo Taxawu Senegaal.
Lançons un appel à tous les partis politiques, toutes les organisations de la société civile, à tous les mouvements citoyens, à toutes les personnalités indépendantes en accord avec cette présente déclaration et prêts à s’engager pour les intérêts exclusifs de notre peuple à rejoindre cette coalition politique et citoyenne pour le salut de la NationSénégalaise.
