Mame Marème Babou a été condamnée hier par le Tribunal de grande instance de Fatick à une peine d’emprisonnement de 3 mois de prison assortie du sursis. Elle a été reconnue coupable des délits de destruction de biens appartenant à autrui, troubles à l’ordre public, violence et voie de fait. La jeune responsable de la Cojer avait été traînée devant cette juridiction de jugement par le Maire apériste de la commune de Fimela. Dans sa lettre-plainte dé- posée à la brigade de gendarmerie, Karim Sène avait vertement pointé du doigt la nommée Mame Marème Babou. À l’en croire, c’est cette dernière qui est responsable des jets de pierres et autres projectiles qui avaient brutalement mis fin à un rassemblement politique présidée par Thérèse Faye Diouf dans l’arrondissement de Fimela.
