Et son erreur est d’autant plus impardonnable qu’elle a travaillé comme Conseillère du PM Macky Sall sous le magistère du Pdt Wade, et en tant que tel, elle ne peut ignorer que Tout puissant PM qu’on puisse être, on ne gère jamais les départements ministériels à la place des ministres » a-t-il d’abord rectifié.
Souleymane Ndéné Ndiaye de préciser par ailleurs, que même s’il est vrai que le Président Macky Sall était PM au moment de la pose de la première pierre de l’aéroport de Diass, baptisé AIBD, il n’a à aucun moment diligenté ou supervisé les travaux à la place du ministre de l’époque et du chargé du projet.
