À travers des rencontres, des appels téléphoniques et les réseaux sociaux, HSF a interrogé des centaines de nos compatriotes choisis en Europe, Afrique, USA et Amérique latine, assez représentatifs de la diaspora « non colorée des partis politiques » sur la manière dont ils perçoivent la vie politique, leurs connaissances sur le sujet, mais aussi leurs attentes à l’égard du prochain président. À travers une note parvenue à senego, ils nous font part des résultats…
Une grande déception largement exprimée à l’égard de Macky Sall
Plus de 4 sur 5 soit 86 % des Sénégalais interrogés se disent déçus du régime de Macky Sall. Parmi les reproches, ils condamnent tous une gestion « clanique », « clientéliste » et « partisane » de l’État. « Les dérives autocratiques, la dictature rampante, les arrestations abusives entre autres celle de Khalifa Sall ont été évoquées plusieurs fois par nos compatriotes », poursuit le communiqué. Pour C. T, un juriste sénégalais vivant à Paris, « le Président Macky Sall doit dégager le plancher “. ‘Avec Macky’, poursuit une ressortissante sénégalaise vivant dans le nord de l’Italie, ‘c’est tout le pays qui est vendu à la France ‘.
Khalifa, un autre compatriote vivant en Afrique de l’Ouest se désole que ‘Macky a été prisonnier de son entourage ostracise, clanique ou (SISS) en wolof et pourtant, il était bien parti pour avoir un second mandat, mais nous sommes dégoutés ‘.

‘Et la grande surprise de ce sondage est que beaucoup attendent avec impatience celle de Bougane si l’on se réfère que le self-made-man incarne un modèle de réussite pour la jeunesse sénégalaise en mal de perspectives heureuses’, peut-on toujours lire dans ce communiqué. Extraits de ces choix portés sur une dizaine de potentiels candidats cités, M. Mbodji résidant en Italie depuis 35 ans et Diallo depuis plus de 20 ans aux USA, pensent que Bougane peut incarner le changement au Sénégal à condition qu’il soit entouré par les hommes qu’il faut pour le bien des peuples du Sénégal et de sa diaspora.
