Ce dernier, un dignitaire religieux, est par contre éconduit par l’ancien chef d’Etat Wade. Le “vieux” ne veut rien entendre du chef de l’Etat. Tout ce qu’il a fait comprendre au “missionnaire”, c’est qu’il reste “convaincu que l’initiative de dialogue de Macky Sall n’est pas sincère”.
La rencontre s’est tenue dans la nuit du dimanche au lundi 2 octobre 2017, a précisé le journal Rewmi, lu par Actunet. D’après leur source, l’émissaire est allé voir Wade avec deux propositions en bretelle. Permettre le retour de Karim Wade au Sénégal, mais aussi de changer le nom de l’Aéroport Aibd en Aéroport Abdoulaye Wade.
